Executive Officer, Director Services – Canberra.

The Australian Medical Council (AMC) is the national standards body for medical education and training. Its purpose is to ensure that standards of education, training and assessment of the medical profession promote and protect the health of the Australian community.

The AMC has a vacancy for an Executive Officer to provide high level secretariat and policy support to the AMC Directors and the AMC Members. The Executive Officer assist the AMC Executive staff and governing bodies to manage the organisation’s business and set the strategic direction by providing well written and well researched agendas and briefing papers and well organised meetings, and by communicating effectively with AMC stakeholders.

Academic Registrar – Melbourne

Sentir is one of ten Colleges of the University of Divinity, offering postgraduate courses in the area of spirituality and spiritual direction.

The role Registrar includes:

1. being the first point of contact for prospective students
2. working closely with the Dean and the Coursework Coordinator to manage the College’s processes for the recruitment and enrolment of new and returning students;
3. managing compliance for the College;
4. managing of the relationships with associated campuses of the College
5. marketing the College.

This is a part time position of approximately 20 hours per week.
